Alf Svensson for Fritz Hansen, Contour Reclining Chair in Beige Boucle

This armchair was made in the 1960s, designed by the well known Swedish designer Alf Svensson. Manufactured by the Danish manufacturer Fritz Hansen. The structure is made of teak wood. An additional asset of the chair is the two stage backrest tilt adjustment. All have undergone a complete restoration process. It has been stripped down, all the insides were replaced, foams, inner linen, support belts and re upholstered in beige boucle. The shape has been kept in every detail as original. Teak wood has been sanded, stained and secured with teak oils exposing beautiful patina.
